Reiki Workshops - Workshops are held over 2 days.

Reiki will enhance your life in so many ways and once you have been attuned to Reiki, you will always have the ability to access it and help yourself and others. So why not come to a Workshop and give yourself the wonderful gift of Reiki?

The 2 day Workshops are small and friendly, held in tranquil and peaceful surroundings, making the experience very relaxing and enjoyable. They can also be held on a ‘One to One' basis. Experience for yourself this wonderful calming and yet re-energizing technique - discover the gentle but powerful energy that is Reiki! You can also learn distance healing, which will enable you to help family and friends - no matter how near or far from you they are.

I hold a ‘Support Evening' a month or so after each Workshop, and then at regular intervals after that, to give you the opportunity to ask any questions, share and discuss any feelings or experiences you may have had since the Workshop. These Evenings provide an opportunity to practice and share Reiki and are a good opportunity to meet up again with people who did the Workshop with you. They help to boost your confidence and can enable you to build friendships.

Reiki Workshops cover many topics, including the history of Reiki, the Five Reiki Principles, grounding and protecting yourself, hand positions, chakras – what and where they are and how to balance them, the aura, distance healing, working with pendulums etc etc. There is no need for any note taking because we discuss and practice ‘hands on' Reiki as we work through a manual over the weekend and this enables you to experience how it feels to both give and receive Reiki. You will receive an Attunement to the appropriate Reiki Level, a comprehensive manual, together with a certificate, on completion of the Workshop.

Reiki Share Groups

It's wonderful to get together with like-minded people and share Reiki. Whether or not you manage to find the opportunity or time to practice Reiki very often, why not come to our Reiki Share Evenings – they're friendly get-togethers which begin with a relaxing meditation before we give and receive Reiki healing. By the end of the evening, our bodies, minds and souls are completely calmed, refreshed and energized! So if you feel frazzled or just want to enjoy sharing Reiki, come and join us!

Angel Workshops

This One Day Workshop starts with a gentle meditation. Throughout the day you will have the opportunity to connect with your Angels and communicate with these amazing Beings from the Angelic Realms, who are always guiding, supporting, inspiring and protecting us. In the Workshop we use Angel Cards, and learn more about Angels including how you know they are close by, their associated colours, chakras and crystals etc etc. Being open and receptive to this subtle world can help us to realise we are not alone; help and guidance is always there for the asking. This Workshop is a relaxing, very enjoyable and interesting day!

Psychic Workshops

This One Day Workshop explores how we all have psychic abilities although we may not realize it. We are all born with the ability to be psychic but as we grow up we are taught to ignore, mistrust or completely close down this ability. We begin with a relaxing meditation and then have fun discovering just how psychic we can really be! You will learn how to be aware of your inner voice or your instinct and learn how to develop your awareness. Throughout the day, you will surprise yourself at exactly what you are able to ‘sense' or ‘pick up'. It's a really fascinating and fun Workshop, so come and find out how psychic you are through very simple exercises and simply ‘turning on and tuning in'!
