Hopi Ear Candles ear candling is an ancient practice and is named after the Hopi Indians, who used the candles during various rituals and ceremonies. The candle is a hollow tube made from a mixture of cotton and linen, with pure beeswax fused into the fabric, honey extract and various herbs.

The candle is placed gently just inside the ear and the mild suction and movement of the flame creates a vibration of air in the ear candle, which gently massages the ear drum and auditory canal. The chimney- like effect draws up any excess wax and impurities from the ear into the hollow tube of the candle. This helps to regulate pressure within the ears, forehead and sinuses and can therefore relieve pain in these areas. Pressure relief and movement of blockages in the sinuses can result in easier breathing through the nose, which may have been blocked before the treatment.

Ear candling is a very soothing experience; the client feels warmth and hears a mild crackling noise during the treatment. A facial massage afterwards helps drain any toxins and brings this treatment to a relaxing conclusion.

Aroma Ear Candles combine aromatherapy with ear candling and enhance the experience by combining the advantages of both these traditional therapies, using only pure, natural and additive-free ingredients.
