Welcome - I'm Judy, I’m a Reiki Master Teacher based in Belper, on the edge of the lovely Peak District in Derbyshire. I’m passionate about Reiki and can’t imagine my life without it; I feel very blessed that I was introduced to Reiki some years ago and am now able to practice and teach this wonderful technique and introduce others to the amazing universal gift. I use crystals and colour during treatments too, both of which enhance the energy of Reiki. I was taught the traditional Usui system of Reiki and have been practising since 2003.

We are undoubtedly living in difficult times at present and Reiki can be a wonderful tonic. Reiki helps support the body’s own natural healing systems and has the gentle power to relax yet uplift and rejuvenate, restoring inner calm and perspective. Reiki is wonderful for emotional and spiritual healing; it can help release deep-seated emotional issues, thereby helping to naturally restore much needed inner peace, balance and harmony to us, our lives and others.
