Hello and welcome - I'm Judy. I'm a Reiki Master / Teacher and qualified practitioner in Indian Head Massage and Hopi Ear Candles.

My practice is located in Belper in the beautiful county of Derbyshire , approximately 8 miles from Derby and just on the edge of the lovely Peak District. It's easily accessible from the A6 or A38.

I decided to start my own practice and also teach Traditional Usui Reiki because I wanted others to share in the ‘Reiki experience'. Reiki is like no other therapy; it has its own intelligence and knows where the mind, body and spirit need healing. You will be amazed at the wonderful energy that has the gentle power to heal, relax and yet rejuvenate. Learning how to heal yourself, family and friends with Reiki will add a new dimension to your life.

Indian Head Massage also has many relaxing and healing benefits and in the stressful times we live in, that's so important.

I believe the pace of life today makes it more and more necessary for us all to find some quality ‘me time'. We're all rushing around meeting deadlines and trying to fit in a million and one things into very little time, resulting in us discovering we suddenly have aches and pains, feel stressed, worn out but can't sleep. Our minds go round and round and refuse to switch off.

When we're stressed we automatically (and subconsciously) tense our muscles, and this leads to aches and pains. We then begin to feel tired because the oxygen isn't circulating around our body as it should because of the tight muscles. The next thing we know, we find it hard to sleep and then it's hard to cope – it's a vicious circle!

But that's where Reiki and Indian Head Massage can help……

Hopi Ear Candles also have their own beneficial effects, and can help many conditions related to the areas around the forehead, ears and sinuses.
